CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Rescheduling
    Clients may reschedule their class appointment until 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Any change to a class appointment within 24 hours will be considered a “missed class.”

  • Cancellations for Single Class purchases

    Every client gets one free cancellation. After that, if a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours notice, a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed to the client and subtracted from their refund. Any changes made to an appointment within 24 hours of its start time will be considered a “missed class” and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No Shows & Missed Classes
    Any client who does not attend their scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund.


PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you honor the time our instructors have set aside for you by complying with the following:

  • Rescheduling

  • Late Arrivals
    If a client arrives late, their lesson may be shortened. Regardless of the actual instruction time, the client will be responsible for the full service price.
